Chartered a Catalina with them last year and boat was in good shape. No problems at all with the equipment.
The Whitsundays are beautiful. This charter was my second time there and first time chartering by myself. The office people were very helpful and took the time to walk me through route planning as I had no idea what I wanted to do when I arrived.
Only negative are the charges for fuel, and a surcharge for an overnight on our last night at the marina. Don't know if these are common but I was not told about them when I booked the reservation.
