I have chartered from Island Yachts several times. They charter mostly Island Packets, reasonable... for those that have not sailed these, they are a definite step up from the standard beneteaus and Jeanneus. The owners are very nice people to deal with.
It's easy to sail into the BVIs, and getting through customs (for US sailors) has never been a problem.
