Good experience
We chartered a beautiful Lagoon 380 that was less than a year old and was in good condition. The boat was well prepared, maintained and had no physical or mechanical issues. The sailing grounds are consistently windy and have beautiful white-sand beaches and some really cool barge/beach bars. If you like to party, this is the place! The downside is that anchorages can be crowded and fairly noisy, so don't come here if looking for a lot of privacy.

The staff was friendly, though many were not sailors and weren't much help when it came to questions about our boat or route plans. The biggest problem was that the service was slow -- we had to wait almost two hours to check in our boat, almost forcing us to miss our plane.

Overall a good experience, but not perfect considering the high cost of sailing in the BVI.

Tip: Book as a group to negotiate a significant discount off of their standard pricing.

Nice boat, good service
We chartered a big Lagoon cat with three couples, using the self provision option. Their base is a quick cab ride to a decent grocery store, and getting the cab was easy as there were a bunch around that catered to charterers. We went in the middle of the Summer and if we went again we would get air conditioning as it was HOT for those accustomed to A/C homes. If you don't get AC be sure to take one of the forward cabins, as they get more air while underway.

Though the boat was nice, we had a chance to check out a Voyager 50 that our friends had. Sunsail doesn't have them, but I would like one next time.
