Good bet - Agree with other posts
Had a very good experience this year during my first charter with the company. Service was efficient and the people were courteous. Our Bavaria was fairly new and gave us no problems over the week. Went on the basis of reading many positive reviews and I will add mine to the list.

Great charter
The equipment is all fairly new and in very good condition. They had all Bavaria boats, which are very nice and have a more solid feel than many other boats. The people there are all very friendly. The check-in/out was very professional and smooth. Would certainly go with Horizon again.

The way to go in BVI
Highly recommend Horizon Yacht Charters. Relatively small and growing organization. Really great boats, they are run by people who know boats and sailing. The boat we took was great - a Bavaria, which sailed great and was maintained well. Good prices too.

Beautiful Vacation
Contrary to the general lack of customer friendliness I experienced in the BVI, the Horizon staff were both professional, good natured and friendly. The Bavaria 39 I chartered was fun, fast, solid and very well maintained. This was my first bareboat charter, but I would highly recomend this company.

3X customer (so far)
I was crew on Horizon Charter in 2002. My first time to charter as skipper was 2006 in BVI on 32' mono. very good service/value. Used a second tier service in the USVI the following year and had an 'okay' experience. In 2008 and 2009 I charted in St Martin on a 40' mono and the staff there rate a 10 with my wife and I. Note to beginners, all things can break (even on a 'new' boat), it's the degree to which the service can and will work to resolve the problem properly.
