Consistent
I have chartered in the BVI with the Moorings a few times. They have always met my expectations for service quality, and for the most part the boats have been maintained well (I had one engine problem, but they came and fixed it promptly). Importantly, whenever I have raised issues they were dealt with cheerfully. Moorings is a pretty hassle free experience.

Great charter
The equipment is all fairly new and in very good condition. They had all Bavaria boats, which are very nice and have a more solid feel than many other boats. The people there are all very friendly. The check-in/out was very professional and smooth. Would certainly go with Horizon again.

Terrific company
I have chartered many places - over 10 times in caribbean alone - and CYOA is the best of the bunch. This most recent charter, about an hour away from leaving the base, I realized that I forgot one of our bags on the dock. I called the company to ask them to hold it for me while I came back to get it. They insisted on bringing it out to me instead - and quickly came out to deliver it.
Incredible service, absolute attention to the customer. Boat was good, no problems at all. Could not be happier

Nice boat, good service
We chartered a big Lagoon cat with three couples, using the self provision option. Their base is a quick cab ride to a decent grocery store, and getting the cab was easy as there were a bunch around that catered to charterers. We went in the middle of the Summer and if we went again we would get air conditioning as it was HOT for those accustomed to A/C homes. If you don't get AC be sure to take one of the forward cabins, as they get more air while underway.
Though the boat was nice, we had a chance to check out a Voyager 50 that our friends had. Sunsail doesn't have them, but I would like one next time.
